Experiment: Testing supplement tablets for good absorption
Put around ΒΌ cup of white vinegar into a glass. Then put the supplements into the glass to see how long they take to dissolve. If they dissolve within 30 minutes, then absorption is good. If it takes more than 1 hour to dissolve, this will not be a good supplement. White vinegar is similar to our stomach acids. The longer a supplement takes to dissolve, the less the absorption of nutrients.
